Peace be with you! How busy is outward life — buzzing with activity! Drive here, do that, prepare this, be brilliant for that. All the while, a tape is running through our minds, occupied with past scenarios or future provisions. We are aware of the need to turn away from it all and replenish ourselves with the ultimate self-care of meditation. When we do so, we are both more internally coherent and outwardly effective. Answer the soul call to dive deep into the calm waters of meditation with kindred spirits.

What: Yogananda’s Energization exercises — support your physical body with cosmic energy;
Chanting to open your heart energy; a short reading and affirmation to inspire the mind, and 30-40 minutes of meditation to feed your soul. We will guide you in the techniques if you are new to the practice. Props, rugs, cushions, and chairs are provided for your comfortable relaxation.
Details: Park behind the house. Look for the driveway between Be Well Yoga and Bare Body Day Spa to park in back. It’s OK to park behind 1908 as well and walk through the gate.
