I hope you are having a blessing-filled week! This is your friendly reminder we meet every Sunday for meditation and preparatory practices, including Energization Exercises. We welcome all levels of experience and guide you in our techniques, as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda.

Speaking of which, those who are interested in learning or revitalizing their Energization Exercises might be interested in this virtual course offered through Ananda.org happening this November. It’s amazing how good one feels after energizing!

Of course, we also chant together on Sundays to elevate our heart’s energy for meditation. For chants, please check out Radio Ananda. I open the app on my phone whenever I want to tune into joy and centeredness as I go about my day. You can access an ad-free, 24-hour playlist of songs and chants of Paramhansa Yogananda and his disciple Swami Kriyananda. This Sunday, October 6, Radio Ananda will feature the Ananda Austin Meditation Group’s (us!) favorite chants from 11:30 a.m. – 1:20 p.m.

Please note we will not meet at the cafe for brunch this week, but hope to see you for meditation at 10:00. Let us nurture ourselves and the world with a higher vibration!

Details: Park behind the house. Look for the driveway between Be Well Yoga and Bare Body Day Spa to park in back. It’s OK to park behind 1908 as well and walk through the gate. Take the outside staircase up to the deck to enter the yoga studio. Bathrooms can be accessed through the downstairs back door. Suggested love offering $10 for rent.
