Dear Friends,
Happy Winter Solstice and the first annual World Meditation Day designated by the United Nations! How wonderful that meditation has become so mainstream that its uplifting, peaceful influence on individuals, as well as the collective global consciousness, is common knowledge.
Some think that meditation is something they are “good” or “bad” at. Not so. It is every soul’s birthright to seek the presence of Spirit within themselves through meditation. Just as people are neither “good” or “bad” at thinking, praying, or loving, so can we keep refining our techniques and expanding our hearts through practice to become natural meditators.
So, do come join us this Sunday the 22nd and next Sunday, December 29th, and take advantage of the vibrations of peace and love that are strong at this time of year among the collective. All levels of experience are welcome, and beginners will be guided in the techniques of meditation and its supportive practices as taught by the avatar of love, Paramhansa Yogananda.
